I am primarily a self taught artist. I have been drawing and sketching for as long as I can remember. For the past twenty five years I have been working exclusively in pastel. It is a medium that I tried and fell in love with. It allows me to draw with pure color. In 2003 I was elected a signature member of the Pastel Society of America and in 2006 I was invited to join the Guild of Adirondack Artists.
